I'm getting an error message when I try to launch InfoView "Forbidden You don't have permissions to access..."

This message appears if you try to access InfoView from off campus, or from on campus via Eduroam, without first authenticating through VPN.

When I go to run a report, it says that the "universe isn't found". What does that mean?

It means that you don't have access to the universe the report is based on.

When trying to watch a video on the Data Management site, it says 'Adobe Flash Player is blocked' (in Chrome) or there is no video (Firefox).  What do I need to do to watch the video?

To enable Adobe Flash Player on your computer, click the lock symbol in the top left of the search bar and select Settings and choose the option for Flash. Change the drop down from Block to Allow. Since Adobe Flash Player end-of-life is at the end of 2020, most browsers have Flash disabled by default.
