2. A new window will open. Select the radio button next to "Reports" and use the check boxes to indicate which tabs you would like to export.

Alternately, you can put a check in the Current Report check box to only export the report you are looking at.

Use the File Type menu to choose what format you would like the file to be in (e.g., PDF, .xlsx) and click OK.

3. Depending on the preferences you have in your browser, you may be asked if you want to open the document or save it into your downloads folder.

"Open" creates a temporary file that you can view, but your computer will not save it permanently unless you save it on your computer yourself.

"Save" will download a hard copy, usually to your downloads folder.

Access the underlying data by exporting to CSV

The Export Data option allows you to access the raw data that accumulated to make the tables in your report. It will export into a "Comma Separated Values" document or "CSV". These can be opened in Excel but are slightly different. You can reformat the CSV into an Excel file by opening the CSV in Excel and saving it in the new format.

1. Click on the export button.
